After the Spring Festival, in accordance with the deployment of Luoyang Glass Co., Ltd. and the development needs of Puyang Company, Puyang Guangcai actively carried out various forms of personnel recruitment activities. On the one hand, it publicly released recruitment information on the Puyang Human Resources Recruitment Network.
On February 17th and 18th, the company's recruitment team participated in the 2019 Puyang Spring Breeze Action large-scale public welfare recruitment fair organized by the Puyang City and Puyang County governments. At the recruitment fair, the staff displayed carefully crafted job information columns for recruiters, distributed promotional materials to visitors, and provided detailed introductions to the situation of Puyang company. Through everyone's unremitting efforts, we received over 100 inquiries and 15 job resumes at the job fair.


On the morning of February 28th, an interview was conducted for the applicants in the conference room of the Puyang project command center. Before the interview began, Executive Vice General Manager Zhu Hongxin gave a brief introduction to the situation of Puyang Company, while also introducing the advantages of solar thermal power generation and the bright prospects for the company's development. Afterwards, the company leaders conducted interviews and scored each candidate, combined their interview results with the job requirements, and selected the best candidates for employment.
