Longmen Glass is located in the undulating low mountain and hilly area of Wan'an Mountain branch of Funiu Mountain, which is a famous rainstorm area. During the annual flood season, precipitation is concentrated, and when heavy rainfall occurs, thunderstorms, lightning strikes, strong winds, and heavy rain can occur, making it prone to flooding disasters. Recently, Longmen Glass has taken rapid action to identify hidden dangers, enrich materials, strengthen the team, and take multiple effective measures to actively respond to the flood season and do a good job in flood prevention, laying a solid foundation for the company's safe flood control.
One is to improve emergency plans; The second is to eliminate flood hazards. We conducted a concentrated investigation of safety hazards during the flood season, focusing on the production mainline, raw materials, nitrogen hydrogen and waste heat boiler rooms, sulfur and denitrification, material warehouses, finished glass warehouses, as well as the factory's sewage network, inspection wells, rainwater outlets, factory leakage, and lightning protection of mainline equipment. The company attaches great importance to the safety hazards identified and orders relevant departments to immediately rectify them to ensure smooth drainage; The third is to strengthen the implementation of responsibilities. Implement flood prevention work in every link, every position, and every person, without any blind spots or dead corners. Establish four flood prevention and rescue teams with nearly 60 personnel, and require relevant units to solidly carry out emergency duty during the flood season and establish a sound 24-hour emergency duty system.
